The researchers analyzed data from 17 studies that involving nearly 46,000 children and 25 studies involving approximately 270,000 adults. All participants drank 100% pomegranate, berry, black cherry, apple, citrus or grape juices.
The standard serving size for juices was 237 milliliters, which fills a large glass. Typically packaged ones contain 200 milliliters.

children between 1 and 3 years old must not exceed 100 milliliters per day, those between 4 and 6 must not exceed 18, children between 7 and 18 must not exceed 240 milliliters per day. We have already mentioned that under one year of age they should not be drunk.
