The Dangers of Using Margarine When on a Diet

Among those most contraindicated, at least according to nutritionists, there is the substitute for butter, i.e. margarine. This, in addition to being one of the processed foods (and therefore unhealthy for anyone) in fact seems not to be as lean as people think. On the contrary, according to nutritionist Pablo Ojeda, it would be even fattier. And all because of a process that would lead it to contain more saturated fats.

Furthermore, margarine does not have the same flavor as butter and if inserted into desserts or various types of preparations it does not have the same performance. This leads those who eat it to still have the feeling of giving up something and to still feel the need for butter or foods that contain it. The solution? According to nutritionists it is simple and consists of eating in a healthy and natural way, preferring butter to margarine.

Of course, butter is also a fatty food and one that would be best avoided on a diet. However, for a whim, you can always choose to use small quantities and to fully enjoy its flavor. All this while causing less damage to the body and eliminating the desire for its flavor which, between us, is truly inimitable.
