Good news for residents of Moses Village as progress towards the construction of a much-awaited multipurpose gym is being made. The signing of the report for the delivery of the necessary areas has taken place, marking the concrete start of geognostic-geophysical investigations required for the project.
After thorough inspections to ensure the project areas are obstacle-free, the Sportium studio has set out a detailed technical and economic feasibility plan for the construction of the gym. Councilor Gerlando Principato expresses his satisfaction with this achievement, stating that the next steps include drafting the executive project and commencing the works within the established deadlines by the PNRR.
With the integrated contract formula already in place and all necessary opinions in place for the conformity of the works, the councilor is confident that the project will be completed by January 31, 2026. The testing and approval of the certificate of regular execution will ensure timely payment of the balance by the first half of 2026.
Residents can look forward to enjoying the new multipurpose gym within the set timeline, bringing a much-needed recreational and fitness facility to the Moses Village community.
