It immediately emerged that a sportsman was not in possession of the green certificate, and a penalty of 400 euros was imposed on him for non-compliance with the provision; the gym manager will also have to pay a similar amount: he has been accused of the failure to control the access of the customer who has not yet been vaccinated.

Two weeks after the start of the green pass system, therefore, the first fines begin to arrive in the province of Modena as well. But how will the activities be organized in view of the most intense phase of the controls? In recent days, the institutions, starting with the Prefecture, have examined the rules envisaged by the decree, and in particular their application in the various economic activities. A campaign that will start in the next few days, therefore, and that will lead to a series of checks on the application of the rules by commercial businesses. The decree that came into force on 6 August in fact provides for the need to show the green pass for those who consume in bars and restaurants (but not at the counter), but also for access to sporting events, fairs, congresses, museums , theme and amusement parks, spas, bingo halls and casinos, theaters, cinemas and concerts, as well as in swimming pools, gyms and team sports, limited to indoor activities.
