The Carabinieri of the Frascati company are looking for seven people who allegedly participated in the attack and in particular the adult, who pulled the trigger at least twice against the group which included the young victim who had accompanied his stepfather to the parking lot where he was supposed to be be a clarification with some people, perhaps two, also Romanian, with whom he had fought during an argument a few hours earlier in a room right in front of the house where the murdered minor also lived.

Important details for reconstructing the story and the bloody night would have come not only from the surveillance cameras of the Esse Café in via Casilina, the scene of the first violent confrontation, but also from the subway car park. In particular, there would be no direct images of the moment of the shots but there could instead be movements of the car from which the gunshots were fired. The Carabinieri are currently interviewing dozens of people including the stepfather and mother of the fourteen year old together with five or six other subjects who were found next to the body of Ivan, who died despite emergency medical assistance from 118 medical personnel.

The boy was hit by two bullets, one in the abdomen, which had devastating consequences, and another in the leg. He is now also investigating to understand what was the reason for the dispute in the bar which led to the subsequent settlement of scores. A drug-related motive has not been ruled out.
