The former Rinascente building is set to undergo a transformation as the top floor is set to become a Virgin gym pending approval from the council and the city council. The agreement between the Tabacchi family, owners of the building, and the administration includes the exchange of the municipal space on the top floor for funding for the Carrarese Castle.
