A 31-year-old woman from Olot is currently being investigated for posing as a doctor and a nurse in multiple health centers throughout Catalonia. Sara CC’s case came to light when she was discovered working as a doctor for the RACC company at the Montmeló circuit, where she interacted with test pilots but not with top-tier drivers like Fernando Alonso or Marc Márquez.
The lack of proper qualifications did not raise suspicions as Sara reportedly claimed to have degrees in both Medicine and Nursing, a rare combination at her age. Despite this, she managed to work at prestigious institutions such as the Dexeus University Hospital and the Sant Bernabé Hospital in Berga.
The concerning revelation has exposed the lack of controls in verifying the credentials of health professionals hired by various companies in Catalonia.
