Macron’s election campaign on the Minecraft video game

In view of the upcoming French presidential elections, the team of current president Emmanuel Macron has launched a server on the video game “Minecraft” entirely dedicated to his electoral campaign. While the idea may seem revolutionary, Macron is not the first politician to use video games to appeal to the younger section of the electorate.
