PAVIA. The task that Maugeri had entrusted to him was clear: to monitor any positivity to Covid 19 of medical colleagues and staff and promptly communicate the result of a positive swab. But in one case, a doctor only learned of her positivity after 24 hours. This is why Maugeri fired a 60-year-old doctor and the labor judge did not accept the reinstatement request.
