The man will have to answer for the crime of procuring alarm
PORTO TORRES. A man from Porto Torres wanted to enter a gym in Porto Torres and the managers of the sports facility banned his entry because he did not have a green pass. Not happy with the right refusal by the managers as required by law – he then alerted the carabinieri of the Porto Torres company requesting an emergency intervention from the military for alleged irregularities inside the gym. The soldiers arrived on the scene and, after having ascertained the facts through the testimonies, they denounced the person for procuring alarm. (gm)
