The idea of transforming the appliances we use more or less every day into elegant objects, which can give satisfaction to the eye and be at home not hidden in the closet, is not new. Many companies over the years have tried to combine design and functionality, with sometimes interesting results, trying to replicate what happened both in the world of computers and smartphones under the pressure of Apple. Samsung has always been very attentive to design, indeed it is precisely on the design of its appliances that it has tried to develop an original line, to detach itself from other companies and above all aim at the high-end of the market. And it is in this production line that the new Bespoke Jet electric broom is placed, an electric broom that in addition to being an interesting object to see is also a technologically advanced work tool.
Let’s start from the look, therefore, and let’s say right away that the Samsung Bespoke Jet is objectively an object, which does not look bad even when used in the living room. Not very important? It depends, especially if there is little space in the house and you don’t know where to put such an instrument. The look is very ‘modern’, to put it ironically, everything seems except an electric broom, especially thanks to the colors, Midnight Blue, Misty White and Woody Green.

The dimensions are not small, it must be said, the refill and cleaning ‘cylinder’, the Clean Station, requires a dedicated space, or, for the more adventurous, given the remarkable look of the broom, it could also remain in plain sight in the kitchen. or in a work room, a reasonable choice anyway given that Samsung certainly has the ambitious goal of transforming Bespoke jet into a piece of furniture. The broom itself, without wire, weighs little and is extremely manageable, even in small spaces, even at the top given the general lightness, only 1 kilo and 400 grams, but it does not stand alone, so it must always be put back in place.

A few technical specifications: Bespoke Jet is equipped with a Digital Inverter motor with a maximum power of up to 210 W, a newly developed motor that weighs 47% less than what Samsung has mounted on the Jet 90. The suction power is excellent, the Jet Dual floor cleaning roller works great, as do the other accessories. The motor is placed high up on the broom, near the handle, where there is also the display that shows the methods of use and autonomy. The autonomy, supported by the two batteries, is good, especially using the intermediate suction power, more than enough to complete any cleaning job before hanging it up on the Clean Station. This works, as the name implies, serves as a cleaning tool for the electric broom tank, which allows you to empty the contents of the electric broom tank directly into the special bag contained in the station. Yep, just an old-fashioned bag, which then needs to be removed from the Clean Station and thrown into the recycling bin. But it’s all done automatically, just insert the broom into the station and press a button. The technology used is called Air Pulse, it is used to suck up the dirt and compress it into the filter bag, without even a speck of dust being lost, since the bag seals itself when full. The filters and system components are obviously all washable. The system, according to Samsung, through its 5 levels of filtering, retains up to 99.999% of dust and allergens, putting only clean air back into circulation. The machine works very well, works silently, is really very light and easy to handle.
Finally, the price: the Bespoke Jet costs one thousand euros (999 for the well-known marketing laws), but is available with a promotion of 57.45 euros per month for 20 months.
