Many new parents find themselves awake at night and tired during the day. Sleep training her baby seems to be the last hope. But experts recommend a different approach.

Is it normal for my baby to have difficulty falling asleep in the evening? That it wakes up every half hour at night and can’t go back to sleep? Did I do something wrong?
