The curve at the moment holds in the Center of Abruzzo. Surely one of the areas in the region that, in the last 48 hours, has responded best to the new wave of Covid-19 throughout Abruzzo. The new positives, 8 those reported today, are scattered throughout the internal territory. Half of these are resident in Sulmona, still a record holder of infections. They are a 33-year-old, a 40-year-old woman and two 48-year-olds. Two positives, however, were found in Castelvecchio Subequo (a 52 year old and a 55 year old), while a 27 year old from Roccacasale and a 36 year old from Pettorano sul Gizio enter today’s bulletin.
In Sulmona, yesterday, a gym closed temporarily due to the isolation of part of the staff for a contact with a positive at Covid-19. Also in the capital Peligno, in these minutes the ordinance, which will remain in force until 9 January, imposes the mandatory use of the mask outdoors from 17:00 to 02:00, while tomorrow there will be screening on the entire population. At the moment there are 235 positives in the Peligno-Sangrino area, with 477 people under home surveillance.
