The Re-Evolution of Education: A New Approach to Well-Being and Personal Development

Leandro Maifredini, president of the Philosophia Foundation, made a groundbreaking statement at the Davos Forum, emphasizing the importance of well-being as our true purpose in life. He urged institutions and organizations to prioritize well-being, stating that it is already vibrating within all of us.

During the conference on “Future education and the energy perspective,” Maifredini proposed a radical shift in education and work to address current challenges such as work demotivation and the disconnect between young people’s desires and opportunities in the workforce. He advocated for an approach that focuses on personal development and self-knowledge to expand well-being.

To tackle these challenges, the Philosophia Foundation has launched educational programs centered on personal development and spiritual growth, aiming to complement traditional technical knowledge with a focus on well-being. Maifredini also proposed the creation of universities and programs that prioritize self-discovery and emotional management to build a healthier and happier community.

Maifredini’s vision for Energy Intelligence (EI) emphasizes the development of human beings and their well-being, placing it above all other initiatives. He presented the concept of the “Re-Evolution of education” at the Davos Forum, highlighting the need to focus on the development of being and feeling in educational content for future leaders.

The Foundation unveiled the first Leadership Training School from an energy perspective, housed in a Wellness Center in Punta del Este, Uruguay, with plans to expand globally through Eco-Communities. Additionally, an innovative educational platform will provide tools for personal transformation through television and digital media.

Supported by the Philosophia Foundation and a dedicated team, Maifredini’s visionary ideas aim to educate and empower individuals to create a better world and enhance overall well-being.
