Three days after the PC version of “Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition” was off the shelves, the publisher Rockstar Games announced that the remake of the game was relaunched. Players can purchase and play through the Rockstar Games Launcher again. On the official Twitter account, Rockstar once again apologized to players for the inconvenience, and promised to launch an update to improve overall performance.
The trilogy remake of “GTA III”, “GTA: Vice City” and “GTA: San Andreas” has been criticized by players since it was launched last week, saying that the game has a lot of bugs and problems, no matter which platform it is. Players are rated below 1 point (10 points out of 10 points). Due to maintenance reasons, the Rockstar Games Launcher needs to be offline for one day, resulting in both “Grand Theft Auto Online” and “Red Dead Online” being unable to log in to the game.
Rockstar Games stated that the PC version of “Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition” was suddenly removed from the shelves earlier, and some data files that should not appear in the remake version have been removed.
