A 37-year-old man from Genoa will receive a lifetime compensation of 1740.77 euros after a causal link was established between his anti-Covid vaccination and immune-mediated thrombocytopenia. The consumer association, Codacons, helped the man seek legal assistance after he experienced a hematoma and other symptoms following his vaccination in 2021. The Military Legal Medicine Department of La Spezia confirmed the causal link between the vaccination and the man’s health problems, leading to the approval of compensation by the Local Health Authority 3 of Genoa and the Hospital Medical Commission of La Spezia.
