Most Voters Concerned About Biden’s Health, Poll Finds
Concerns about President Joe Biden’s physical and mental health continue to linger, with three-quarters of voters expressing apprehension about his fitness for a second term, according to the latest national NBC News poll. This includes half of Democratic voters who are worried about Biden’s health.
In comparison, a combined 61% of all voters say they have significant concerns about former President Donald Trump facing multiple criminal and civil trials, including felony charges for attempting to overturn the 2020 elections.
The findings have remained essentially unchanged from the previous poll conducted in September.
On the question of whether Trump had the physical and mental health necessary to be president for a second term, 48% of voters expressed concerns.
The survey also found that a combined 59% of voters are concerned about Biden’s possible knowledge of or involvement in his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings.
The NBC News poll of 1,000 registered voters, conducted Jan. 26-30, has an overall margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
