Bristol Myers Squibb Italia, for the fourth consecutive year, is among the top ten companies where work is best in Italy according to the “Best Workplaces Italia 2024” ranking, drawn up by Great Place to Work. The awarded organisations, divided into four dimensional categories, represent the excellence of working environments in Italy from the point of view of corporate culture and organizational well-being. The study combines listening to collaborators with the analysis of company personnel policies; 379 companies were analysed, listening to the opinions of over 219,000 people regarding their working environment.
