“You can get sick even if you have been vaccinated but the consequences are mild just like the flu that every year makes millions of infections and about 3 thousand deaths in Italy – added Abrignani – We have to tame the virus with which we will live in the coming decades” .
According to the expert, “adolescents must be vaccinated not because they are at risk of developing severe forms but because they are the ones who behave more socially at risk”. “They play team sports, they get together, they go to school”, continues Abrignani, underlining that “studies have shown that RNA vaccines are very effective on adolescents”.
