Xiaomi Launches New Smart Band 8 Pro with Impressive Features
After a long wait of a year and a half, Xiaomi has finally unveiled its new Smart Band 8 Pro, along with new smartphones and watches. This new addition to Xiaomi’s lineup is being touted as the most advanced “Mi Band” yet, but the question remains – will it be the best smart band on the market?
The Smart Band 8 Pro comes with a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 336×480 pixels, up to 600 nits of brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus for protection. It is equipped with sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate monitor, and pulse oximeter. The band offers Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and is waterproof up to 5 ATM.
In terms of design, the Smart Band 8 Pro features a more squared look and can be personalized with customizable straps and over 200 watch faces. It offers over 150 sport modes, including 10 running routes directly on the watch. The band also features 3D animations of exercises and continuous heart rate monitoring throughout the day.
