The investigating judge in the same court had referred the defendants to the Criminal Chamber of First Instance, after he decided to pursue them in a case of arrest for the purpose of forming a criminal gang with the aim of committing felonies against people and money, theft described in conjunction with the conditions of the night, polygamy, carrying weapons, violence and the threat of it, the use of a motor vehicle, kidnapping and detention coupled with the use of means. Motor transport, the use of violence and torture, obtaining ransom and facilitating the commission of a crime, attempted fraud, possession and use of a vehicle bearing forged registration plates, joining a gang and an agreement made for the purpose of organizing and facilitating the secret and regular exit of persons from the national territory, possession, promotion and consumption of drugs in relation to the fourth, fifth and sixth. .
It is learned from the case file, which dates back to November last year, that two people filed a complaint with the security authorities stating that they knew, through a Facebook page, a person who expressed his willingness to help them complete work contracts abroad in exchange for a financial sum of 80 thousand dirhams, adding that they later met the person concerned. In the context of their statements, the two victims added that after those involved in this case obtained an amount of 11 million centimes, they transported them on board the aforementioned car and headed towards the coastal road, where they abandoned them before leaving the area.
The judicial police then moved to the Al-Masirah Square in the city of Imzouren, along with another complainant and the two victims, and a number of surveillance cameras installed in the shops surrounding the square were extrapolated, but this did not yield any significant results, as the car in question was not monitored, due to the poor quality of the cameras and their location.
