Since the government did not take up the federal association’s suggestion, it reiterated its demand in its statement on the government draft on March 28th. According to ABDA, the draft will be discussed in the Health Committee of the State Chamber on April 10th. The professional representation suggests adding to Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the AMVV: “In deviation from Sentence 1, the name does not need to be stated in the case of a prescription that was issued in accordance with Section 360 Paragraph 1 SGB V using the telematics infrastructure , first name and the job title of the person prescribing.” This information is only necessary for prescriptions that were issued outside the telematics infrastructure.
