(ANSA) – AOSTA, 04 MAY – The impresario Massimo Facchini, owner of the construction company of the same name in Gignod (Aosta), has been registered in the register of suspects, regarding the accident that took place yesterday in Ollomont in which he lost his life a 39-year-old worker engaged in the renovation of the holiday home owned by the family of Minister Marta Cartabia. The charge is of manslaughter. The impresario is defended by the lawyer Corrado Bellora while the file is entrusted to the prosecutor Francesco Pizzato. According to an initial reconstruction of the facts, the victim – Costantin Cobanel, of Romanian origin and residing in Aosta – was crushed by a beam that fell on him for reasons still to be clarified.
