The CNSSAP is only recording performances which promote the consolidation of the achievements of the reform initiated by President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi. This is the observation made today by His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Minister of the Civil Service Jean-Pierre LIHAU. Far from being a trivial fact, this opinion from the supervisory authority puts into difficulty the undermining campaign maintained by “black sheep” against those responsible for the CNSSAP.

With a firm step, the CNSSAP continues to brave and meet the immense management challenges that stand before it, its arrival points are tirelessly transformed into starting points, a steamroller, a real machine in the sphere of Congolese public establishments .
After the evaluation meeting for the year 2023, convened on Saturday February 3, 2023, by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Civil Service, Jean-Pierre LIHAU and which saw the participation of the CNSSAP management team, the DG Junior MATA M’ELANGA, PCA Christian NTUNGILA accompanied by their experts noted the significant increase in figures, particularly with regard to activities and financial indicators.
A largely positive balance. It was also a question of examining the progress of operations to monitor the lives of retirees, the status of the deployment of agencies in the provinces and many other sectors supporting the profession.
The satisfaction being total, the Authority did not fail to send its warm congratulations to the management team which, on the occasion, announced to the Deputy Prime Minister, the launch of the quality audit of surveillance of the system of quality management of the CNSSAP which takes place this Monday, February 5, 2024, by the certification firm AFNOR.
