hard to say at the moment what was the reason that someone deleted those posts. Apparently someone (lawyers of the MKSR?) realized that it would be unpleasant if Facebook deleted the page of this state institution as if there was a Danny Kollár. Mrs. Šimkovičová has already expressed herself on the Russian Telegram network, where she actually belongs, because extremists who were sent away from Facebook or YouTube operate here:
“The Ministry of Culture’s Facebook page has been permanently under cyber threat since November 2023,” he writes. “The Ministry has no guarantee that the content of the FB page of the Slovak Ministry of Culture is not interfered with from outside. Due to the fact that the former management of the Ministry of Culture has not yet correctly handed over the passwords to the Facebook page of the Ministry of Culture, the current management of the Ministry will not continue to use this page.
We have verifiable information that the Facebook and Instagram pages of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic were accessed by third parties. Due to the cyber security of the department and its information, we will not use these pages to contact the public until the investigation.
