Aosta, without masks for May 1st in Piazza Chanoux

by admin

Music and dances without masks. And from Monday we are back in the red zone

AOSTA. Videos bouncing on social media that show a gathering of people this afternoon in Piazza Chanoux in Aosta. A group of musicians performed by gathering dozens of people who danced, sang and laughed rigorously without a mask.

I would like to ask our president and prefect Erik Lavevaz what he is doing to control the regional territory, to avoid such situations. But the president does not answer the questions of aostaoggi.it.

Yesterday I signed an article on infections in the villages of the valleys and today, almost to contradict myself, in the center of Aosta this demonstration shows that the control of the territory by the willing police forces is now almost impossible.

The Valle d’Aosta from Monday will be the only red region in all of Italy. And it’s not just for 15 tampons, Councilor Barmasse. This is a lack of control of the territory and inadequate education in respecting certain simple rules for the benefit of the community.

Every day in the center of Aosta you can see dozens of young people who meet, hug and kiss without masks even in the regional building. And there you never see representatives of the police who instead appear in large numbers at protests organized by desperate merchants and restaurateurs but, yes, they always wear masks.

A praise to the police who, however, in this period of great difficulty give their best. But there is no coordinator who embodies the figure of our prefect president Erik Lavevaz capable not only of carrying out emphatic proclamations, but of saving this region through concrete control initiatives and not resorting to patched measures.
