Since 2013, Martin Hiebler from Innviertel has been working with his consulting company in the field of sustainability consulting. His focus is on training for material and resource saving as well as a holistic corporate strategy (ecological, economic, social). “In workshops we want to create an emotional connection to sustainability. Equal rights, flexible working hours and measures such as company bicycles and waste separation systems are implemented.”
Above all, the small Linz-based company Flow Factor has social sustainability in mind. The human resources management platform helps companies promote equal opportunities and diversity. These include anonymized application processes or inclusive language in job advertisements. “These measures minimize prejudice and create a more inclusive working environment,” says Managing Director Benjamin Lamplmair.
Applications must be submitted by February 3, 2024 on nachrichten.at/feronia in four categories. The awards ceremony will take place on March 14th.
