The gospel of Jesus Christ teaches that He lives and that God loves, listens, and speaks to His children. His personalized guidance and inspiration can be experienced through the counsel of the living prophets and apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
All are welcome and invited to listen to messages about hope, peace and eternal life made possible through Jesus Christ during the annual broadcast of the General conferenceSaturday 6 April and Sunday 7 April 2024.
“General Conference provides the opportunity to receive personal revelation through the guidance and instruction offered by the general leaders of the Church. We urge members to listen, study, meditate and put into practice the advice that will be given”, declared the First Presidency of the church (letter to the leaders of the congregations, 31 August 2023).
The next global broadcast, broadcast biannually from the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, will consist of five unique two-hour sessions held over two days:
Saturday 6 April
General sessions at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00*
Sunday 7 April
General sessions at 10am and 2pm
*Salt Lake time (for Italy add 8 hours)
How can I watch or listen live?
All Conference sessions will be broadcast live on the page Live broadcasts from ChurchofJesusChrist.org in more than 70 languages. You can also watch and listen on the General Conference YouTube channelare Gospel Streamon the application Evangelical Library and via other radio, television, satellite and digital channels.
How can I prepare?
You may want to prepare specific questions before the event. Then, during the conference, listen to the specific words that speak to your soul. Your relationship with God will be strengthened when you feel that your prayers and questions are heard and answered.
How can I watch or listen later?
After broadcast, the messages will be available on various channels in text, audio and video formats in over 70 languages for on-demand viewing and studio. These channels include the Evangelical Librarythe Multimedia libraryil General Conference YouTube channelGospel Stream e le Church magazines.
How can I attend a session in Salt Lake City?
If you live in the United States or Canada, ask your local stake leaders how to obtain tickets to attend the Conference Center session. Most posts have tickets for distribution. If you live outside the United States or Canada, ask your stake or district president to submit a ticket request on your behalf. Currently, due to renovations to the Salt Lake Temple and Temple Square, there are no waiting lists available.
