The Henan Provincial Meteorological Observatory predicts that it will be cloudy in southern Henan from this afternoon to night, with light rain and local moderate rain in some areas. The following day, the whole province will be cloudy, with sleet and light snow in some areas. And on the 20th, it will be cloudy in western and southwestern Henan, with light snow in some places, and cloudy to cloudy in other areas.
