US President Joe Biden on the sidelines of the meetings in Poland, who asked for his opinion on Russian President Vladimir Putin and the war the Russian Federation is waging in Ukraine promptly replied that “Putin is a butcher”. The sentence was uttered by the American president during his meeting with Ukrainian refugees in Warsaw.
