Ferranti convicted, 15 thousand euros fine and 80 thousand current accounts confiscated for not having committed the act the cohabitant and a friend of the couple
The trial for usury against Antonio Ferranti, 53, and cohabitant Maria Mezzo, 47, both resident in Caluso and defended by lawyer Patrizia Gambino, ended on Thursday 14 April with a conviction and two acquittals. Vito Mazzamuto, 69, from San Mauro Torinese was also accused with them, represented by the lawyer Salvo Lo Greco and accused of having helped manage relations with one of the offended people.
