In a joint operation between the Huila Police authorities and Army soldiers, deployed on various roads in the rural area of Algeciras, They managed to capture two men transporting marijuana.
The registration and control operations, implemented by uniformed personnel in different areas of the municipality of Algeciras, resulted in the arrest of two men who were traveling on a motorcycle along kilometer 1 of the road towards the Santana path. Both individuals were caught with more than 250 grams of marijuana in their possession.
The detainees, aged 30 and 19, were prosecuted and placed at the disposal of the municipal prosecutor’s office, where they will face charges for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing and/or carrying narcotics.
