LATISANA. Road accident, shortly before 3pm on Friday 8 April in Latisana, in the locality of Paludo, between the regional 354 and via Lignano nord, where a car, a Skoda Octavia, went off the road at a roundabout.
The driver (a 44-year-old resident in San Vito al Tagliamento) was injured and was then rescued by the 118 helicopter and accompanied to the hospital in Udine. The patient, who was conscious at the time of the rescue, suffered a head injury. According to the first medical tests, he is not in danger of life.
