Castelfranco, maternity allowance denied by the Municipality: mother wins at the Constitutional Court

CASTELFRANCO. He asks for the maternity allowance, but the Municipality denies it to him because without a long-term residence permit. But none other than the Constitutional Court intervenes in his favor, defining the legislation applied by the castle administration as discriminatory, as by other Italian administrations.

The story has started in 2018 and sees one as protagonist mother of Moroccan origin, today 34 years old, OA, who after the birth of her second child had asked for the allowance, believing that she met all the required parameters: income of less than 17 thousand euros, not having asked for the same contribution from other municipalities and being unemployed.
