The Customs and Monopoly Agency has established the list of devices without cash prizes exempt from any type of certification or self-certification. List updated annually by November 15th
The list will be updated every year by 15 November, also at the request of operators who may submit applications for the exemption of new devices. Starting from today, the new category “no further distribution and operating permits are issued and those already issued lose their effectiveness”, while “those already issued for the release of the exercise permits will be considered valid for the payment of the ‘tax on entertainment‘.
