Clinical trial data show that no new coronavirus vaccine in the world can prevent infection 100%, but in general, various mutant viruses are still under the control of the vaccine. Shao Yiming introduced that because my country’s existing prevention and control measures are in place and vaccination is in place, there is no real environment for large-scale outbreaks. Real-world research data based on large-scale overseas epidemics can more scientifically illustrate the protective effectiveness of vaccines. The most representative one is the real-world study conducted in Chile based on more than 10 million people. The data shows that the overall protection of the inactivated vaccine of my country’s Kexing Company is more than 65%, and the protection against critical illness, intensive care and death are respectively 87.5%, 90.3% and 86.3%.It fully shows that my country’s new crown vaccine can effectively reduce the rate of severe illness and mortality.
Existing studies have shown that vaccines of various technical routes around the world have different degrees of decline in the protective efficacy of new coronavirus variants, but they still have a certain neutralizing effect on various variants and have protective effects.
