Appropriate offers can be proposed “directly by private employers” to beneficiaries who sign the Pact for work (which provides for the obligation to accept at least one of three). The private employer then communicates the refusal to the employment center for the purposes of forfeiture.

An almost identical amendment had been presented by Marialuisa Faro, who in the meantime passed from M5s to Ipf, who withdrew it. The Democratic Party voted in favor, aligning itself with the government’s opinion.
