A motorcyclist was injured, fortunately not seriously, in an accident which occurred in the late afternoon of today 29 April in via Ferrucci, just before the roundabout with Viale della Repubblica. The man was riding his motorbike and was proceeding in the direction of the city center when he collided with a car which, according to an initial reconstruction, was leaving the car park serving the shops in the area. Following the collision, the driver of the two-wheeler was thrown from the vehicle. 118 intervened on the spot with an ambulance which rescued the motorcyclist and then transported him under yellow code to Santo Stefano. The municipal police also intervened to carry out legal investigations and reconstruct the dynamics of the accident. Some traffic problems, also considering the rush hour, during the rescue phases and then in those to remove the damaged vehicles.
