Piedmont: 4,304 infections, as in November 2020
New leap of infections in Piedmont, There are 4,304 new cases of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, 5.1% of 84,147 swabs performed. It was from November 19, 2020 that there was not such a high figure. Deaths are also on the rise, thirteen those registered today by the Regional Crisis Unit, as on 25 May last.
Intensive care is substantially stable, where hospitalizations are 67 (+3), while the number of patients in ordinary therapies continues to grow, where they are 868 (+14). The people in home isolation are 31,595, the currently positive 32,530. The number of healed also rises: today they are 1,704. Since the beginning of the pandemic, therefore, Piedmont has registered 443,678 positives, deaths become 11,983, 399,165 healed.
In South Tyrol 345 new cases and 4 deaths
There are 345 new coronavirus infections in South Tyrol today and 4 have died. In the last 24 hours, the laboratories of the health company carried out 1,820 PCR swabs and recorded 141 new positive cases and 204 positive antigen tests. There are 82 Covid-19 patients admitted to normal hospital wards and 62 hospitalized in private facilities (post-acute).
Infections and hospitalizations are on the rise in Emilia-Romanga
New leap in Coronavirus infections in Emilia-Romagna: in the last 24 hours in Emilia-Romagna, 2,860 infections have been identified, based on over 47 thousand swabs. There are still 11 victims, including a 61-year-old woman in Ravenna, while hospitalizations are growing. Of the newly infected 1,260 are asymptomatic and the average age is decreasing, 38.3 years. The province of Bologna with 466 cases (55 of which in the Imola area) is the province with the highest numbers in absolute terms, followed by Modena (436) and Rimini (411). There are 110 patients admitted to intensive care, three more than yesterday.
Abruzzo: 662 new cases and no deaths
242 are cured of the virus and 662 new positive cases at Covid 19 today in Abruzzo which bring the total from the beginning of the emergency to 94,984. The number of positive cases also includes 84,595 discharged and recovered. The death toll of patients does not register new cases and remains stable at 2,626. Currently the positives in Abruzzo are 7,763, from yesterday 420 more. 130 beds are occupied in the medical areas of regional hospitals, 5 more since yesterday; 15 patients admitted to intensive care (1 less than yesterday).
