(ANSA) – BARI, 01 SEPT – Today, 1 September in Puglia, 298 cases were recorded out of 16,873 tests for Covid-19 infection, with an incidence of 1.76%. A death was recorded.
The new positives are 80 in the Lecce area, 79 in the province of Bari, 64 in the province of Bat, 35 in the Brindisi area, 22 in the Foggiano, 15 in the Tarantino, 5 residing outside the region; 2 cases of unknown residence were reclassified and attributed.
Since the beginning of the emergency 3,296,650 tests have been carried out and 4,500 cases are currently positive. The total number of Covid positive cases in Puglia is 263,852 and 252,639 patients are cured. (HANDLE).
