Discover the Holy Gastronomic Route that started yesterday

Among the activities prepared for Holy Week in Pereira, support for local businessmen was one of the objectives established by the Secretariat of Economic Development and Competitiveness to reactivate consumption during these dates of celebration and religious tourism.

This is the “Holy Gastronomic Route”, a fair that has the participation of 20 prominent restaurants in the city, including Bestial, Burger Green, Canta y No Llores, El Sanguchón and La Exquisita. This gastronomic fair will take place until March 31. During these days, locals and tourists will have the opportunity to enjoy culinary proposals at affordable prices, with a fixed cost of $19,900 in participating establishments.

The initiative seeks not only to promote the local gastronomic offer, but also to boost the tourism and economic sector of the region. Organizers hope to attract residents and visitors alike, offering them a unique dining experience that highlights the flavors and creativity of local chefs:

“It is a joint strategy of the Mayor’s Office of Pereira and Compremos Local. What we want is for you to please visit us. We are going to have an infinite variety and we are going to show Pereira and the world what the city tastes like. At this fair we can find different varieties: We have Mexican food, typical food, migote, salmon, trout burger, pizza and these restaurants are located throughout Pereira,” added Paola Andrea Grisales, director of the Tourism Office.

To facilitate the experience of those interested, the website has been enabled https://pereiragastronomica.com/where you can find details about the location and names of participating establishments.
