As part of the “My New School” program of the Government of El Salvador, which is coordinated by the Municipal Works Directorate (DOM), the inhabitants of the departmental capital of Santa Ana will soon have a dignified and safe kindergarten as they deserve.
Since mid-April, the DOM field staff began the complete construction works of this school located in the IVU neighborhood, which houses more than 150 children, between the ages of 3 and 6, and mothers in a early childhood process.
Teachers and parents of families from several generations were ignored in their request to modernize this school, built in 1969, and which now under the administration of President Bukele has changed history.
