Donald Lowe’s appearance before a congressional committee is routine, Vedanta Patel

Web Desk: US State Department Deputy Spokesman Vedant Patel has said in a press briefing that South Asia Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lowe’s appearance before the Congressional Committee is a routine procedure.
