BELLUNO. Doctor Roberto Bianchini acquitted. The crime of culpable epidemic of Covid-19, at the San Martino hospital, does not exist. The preliminary hearing is set for February. The defenders Rasera Berna and Ghezze will ask for the acquittal of their respective clients, also starting from some provisions of the Review Court and the Court of Cassation.
