1. the dosage information on the prescription is missing,
2. the date of issue of the prescription is missing or illegible,
3. the delivery period for prescriptions specified by the Federal Joint Committee in the guidelines pursuant to Section 92 subsection 1 sentence 2 number 6 is exceeded by up to three days, unless the ordinances concerned are ordinances pursuant to Section 39 subsection 1a, prescriptions relating to narcotics or prescriptions of active ingredients for which shorter delivery times have been set,
4. the drug is dispensed before the doctor’s prescription is presented, or
5. the approval of the competent health insurance company is missing when the medicinal product is dispensed and this is subsequently granted.
