The Aosta military investigates the regularity of hundreds of declarations presented to obtain economic support
The Aosta carabinieri are carrying out numerous checks on the provision of citizenship income to the Aosta Valley citizens. Over 2,500 cases are being examined by the military as part of the investigation that began three months ago and is still ongoing.
For the moment, eleven people have emerged from the checks, all Italian citizens, who have provided false declarations and have failed to provide information on their real situations in order to obtain the economic benefit. The eleven “crafty” have been denounced.
The investigation is carried out by the Station Commands present in the territory of our Region, with the collaboration of the Carabinieri Labor Inspectorate of Aosta, under the coordination of the Operational Department.
