On the page of Presidency of the Republic the resume of Elmer Jimenez Silvawho would be appointed as an advisor in the Ministry of Sports. The former director of INDER from Valledupar would come to work in the national government as a quota for Congressman Ape Cuello, who has political agreements with the Government.
Jimenez has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports; He was director of the Institute of Sports, Recreation and Physical Activity of Valledupar; and was close to being named in the Management of the Comptroller Generalbut his appointment fell.
