Nakiki SE announces that a claim of approximately 30 million euros in connection with the delivery of corona masks during the corona pandemic is being examined as part of a litigation financing request. The possible option volume, i.e. the amount to which the company (or the financing subsidiary) is entitled upon conclusion of the litigation financing agreement and the litigation profits, is up to 15 million euros.
In connection with the delivery of corona masks, the Federal Republic of Germany alone, represented by the Federal Ministry of Health, was sued more than 100 times with a dispute amounting to more than 1 billion euros. According to press reports, some such cases have been concluded with settlements that include partial payment.
