Smart Equity AG: Annual financial statements 2023 / Preliminary results / Development 2024
In the course of preparing Smart Equity AG’s annual financial statements for the 2023 financial year, a preliminary annual loss of around EUR 0.1 million has emerged (FY 2022: annual loss of EUR 1.9 million).
In the current 2024 financial year, interesting value contributions may arise for Smart Equity AG from the early-stage investment in the “peaq” technology project made in 2018. From this technology project, a token (“KREST”) can be traded liquidly on a crypto exchange. At this point in time, sales proceeds amounting to almost a six-figure US$ amount have already been realized. If the blockchain markets continue to develop positively, a listing of the “peaq” token on crypto exchanges could have a significant impact on Smart Equity AG’s earnings situation in the current financial year.
