Face of Jessica (44) looks black and blue after she has dental implants placed: “I look like a monster”

by admin

44-year-old Jessica Macko from Texas has been struggling with dental problems for years and underwent an intense operation at the beginning of this month to replace her teeth with all-on-4, a false denture that rests on four implants. Although she knew there would be bruises after the procedure, Macko didn’t expect her to look completely black and blue. “This is not normal,” she says. “I look like a monster.”

“It got worse and worse every hour,” the American said. “The first week I couldn’t sleep or eat. I just cried at night. It was terrifying. They appeared on my chin, in my mouth, under my eyes… I didn’t think it could be that bad. The whole experience was traumatic.”

But Jessica still had no choice. Her teeth had to be replaced for medical reasons. “When I was young, I had an eating disorder that affected my teeth. My teeth were rotten, falling out…almost all of them failed due to my health problems. That pain was just as bad.”

So the model certainly does not regret the operation. “Things have already gotten a lot better. With some make-up I can cover the bruises just fine. And the swelling has also reduced. I think I will be completely healed by the end of April. So I will have to be patient, and that is not my strong point.”
